She has been dancing for over 40 years, studying ballet, tap, jazz, competitive dance, cheer dance, and Hawaiian style. In addition to dance, Beth has a background in education, working for BCPS and private schools in the past. Her degree is in Health Science with certifications in Pilates, group fitness, nutrition, and mental health awareness for dancers.

Colleen has been working in the business world for the past 10 years and for the past 3 years has been staff accountant for a local management company that owns several companies that provide second chance jobs in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Delaware. While a stay at home mom she served the boards for PTA, Theater Boosters and Music Boosters at local schools.

Becky has over 13 years of experience as an accountant. She is currently VP of Finance and Operations at New Markets Venture Partners. Prior to this, she was a Senior Accounting Manager at StepStone Group and spent several years in public accounting. Becky holds a B.S. in Accounting and is a licensed CPA in the state of Maryland.
